Outside Sales Representative - Telecommunications Services

Optimum, a brand of Altice USA, is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to drive residential and small business growth for its high-speed internet, TV, mobile, and voice solutions. In this field-based role, you will prospect within assigned territories, conduct in-person consultations, and present bundled connectivity options tailored to customer needs. You'll manage a sales pipeline, meet or exceed quotas, and accurately process orders and contracts. Success requires self-motivation, strong communication, and resilience, while collaborating with local teams to support promotions, community events, and exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify residential and small business customers within assigned territories

• Conduct in-person sales presentations and needs assessments for telecom and media services

• Promote and sell internet, TV, mobile, and voice bundles to meet customer needs

• Manage and maintain a structured sales pipeline and accurate activity records

• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas and performance targets

• Generate new leads through door-to-door outreach, referrals, and local events

• Prepare and submit accurate sales orders, contracts, and required documentation

• Collaborate with local teams on promotions, marketing campaigns, and community events

• Provide post-sale follow-up to support smooth installation and customer satisfaction
