Outbound Sales Representative

Lamar Advertising Company seeks an Outbound Sales Representative to drive revenue across our billboard and digital media portfolio. In this role, you will prospect and cold call local and regional businesses, build a strong pipeline, and present outdoor and transit advertising solutions that meet client goals. You will prepare proposals, negotiate pricing, and close new contracts while maintaining CRM records. Success requires consistent outreach, territory management, collaboration with design and operations, and delivering excellent customer service to build long-term relationships.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and cold call local and regional businesses to generate new advertising leads

• Conduct outbound outreach campaigns and maintain a robust sales pipeline

• Meet with clients to assess needs and present billboard and digital advertising solutions

• Prepare proposals, pricing, and advertising schedules aligned with client objectives

• Negotiate terms and close new contracts to achieve or exceed sales targets

• Maintain accurate records and opportunities in CRM systems

• Collaborate with design and operations teams to ensure timely, high-quality campaign execution

• Provide ongoing customer service to build long-term client relationships

• Stay informed on local market trends, competitors, and Lamar inventory opportunities
