Outbound Sales Development Representative - Telecommunications

Astound is seeking a Sales Development Representative to generate qualified opportunities for our broadband, video, and voice solutions. In this fast-paced role, you'll research target accounts, conduct high-volume outbound calls and emails, and engage prospects across residential and business markets. You'll qualify leads, schedule demos for account executives, and accurately update CRM records. Working closely with sales and marketing, you'll help expand Astound's network footprint while contributing to a customer-first, community-focused culture built on collaboration and innovation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume outbound calls, emails, and social outreach to residential and business prospects.

• Research and identify target accounts and key decision-makers in telecommunications and media segments.

• Qualify inbound and outbound leads using defined criteria and frameworks.

• Schedule discovery calls and product demos for account executives and field sales teams.

• Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of activities, contacts, and opportunities in the CRM.

• Collaborate with sales and marketing to refine messaging, campaigns, and target segments.

• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly activity and pipeline generation targets.

• Provide feedback from prospects to help improve Astound's offerings and customer experience.
