We are currently recruiting for an Operational Pension Administrator to join a well-established and growing financial services organisation.
This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with SIPP and/or SSAS administration experience who is looking to build their career within a professional and regulated environment. The role offers a varied workload, combining operational administration, adviser support, workflow management, complaint handling and process improvement activities.
You'll play a key role in ensuring pension administration activities are completed accurately, efficiently, and in line with regulatory requirements, helping to deliver positive outcomes for both advisers and clients.
Key Responsibilities:

Processing operational changes across pension schemes and maintaining accurate records

Administering Terms of Business (TOB) agreements and adviser changes

Supporting complaint handling processes, investigations and regulatory deadlines

Managing operational workflows, work queues and shared mailboxes
-
Monitoring outstanding cases and escalating risks or issues where required

Maintaining high levels of accuracy and compliance across all activities
-
Supporting quality assurance, audit and compliance processes
-
Responding to adviser, client and internal stakeholder queries

Contributing to operational improvements and continuous improvement initiatives About You:
To be successful in this role, you'll have:

Previous experience within pensions administration, SIPP, SSAS or financial services operations

A strong understanding of working within a regulated environment
-
Excellent organisational and administrative skills
-
High attention to detail and accuracy
-
The ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
-
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
-
A proactive and customer-focused approach Experience with complaints administration, Consumer Duty, FCA regulatory requirements or adviser relationship management would be advantageous.
