Mid-Level Sales Operations Analyst

CubeSmart is seeking a Sales Operations Associate to support revenue growth across our national self storage portfolio. In this role, you will manage CRM data, create reports and dashboards, and analyze sales, occupancy, and lead metrics to uncover trends and opportunities. You'll coordinate pricing and promotions, standardize processes, and partner closely with Operations, Marketing, and Revenue Management. Leveraging CubeSmart's values driven, customer first culture, you'll help improve sales effectiveness while gaining exposure to real estate, operations, and corporate career paths in a supportive, growth focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Support sales reporting, forecasting, and performance tracking for self-storage properties

• Maintain and optimize CRM data quality, dashboards, and user workflows

• Analyze sales and occupancy data to identify trends, gaps, and growth opportunities

• Coordinate pricing, promotions, and lead management processes with field teams

• Partner with Operations, Marketing, and Revenue Management to align sales initiatives

• Prepare regular KPI reports and presentations for leadership

• Assist with rollout, training, and documentation for new sales tools and processes

• Help standardize best practices across markets and locations

• Monitor lead pipelines and conversion metrics, recommending improvements

• Support ad hoc analyses and special projects for the Sales Operations team Required Skills
