Mental Health Associate

New Story Schools (PA) is hiring a Mental Health Associate to support employee wellbeing in a high-growth AI environment. In this role, you'll provide short-term counseling, assessments, and crisis intervention, while coordinating referrals to external providers. You'll design and deliver workshops on stress, burnout, and resilience, partnering with HR and leaders to embed mental health best practices into policies and culture. You will maintain thorough, confidential documentation and use data-driven insights to continuously improve programs in our inclusive, innovation-focused workplace.

Responsibilities

• Provide confidential short-term counseling and crisis support to employees

• Conduct mental health assessments and create support plans

• Develop and deliver mental health workshops and training

• Collaborate with HR and leaders on wellness initiatives and accommodations

• Maintain accurate, confidential clinical documentation

• Coordinate referrals to external providers and community resources

• Monitor outcomes and recommend improvements to mental health programs

• Promote a psychologically safe, inclusive work environment

• Stay current with best practices in workplace mental health
