Medical Sales Representative

Rehab Medical seeks a Medical Sales Representative to grow sales of complex rehab and mobility equipment. In this field-based role, you will build relationships with clinicians, therapists, and caregivers to identify patients who can benefit from custom wheelchairs and mobility solutions. Responsibilities include prospecting, leading product evaluations, coordinating with clinical teams, and guiding cases through insurance approval. Ideal candidates have medical or DME sales experience, strong communication skills, and a passion for improving patients' mobility and independence.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a territory sales plan to grow Rehab Medical's presence with clinics, hospitals, and rehab facilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clinicians, therapists, and case managers to identify appropriate patients

• Conduct needs assessments and match patients with appropriate complex rehab and mobility solutions

• Coordinate product demos, seating evaluations, and fittings with clinical and technical teams

• Navigate insurance and reimbursement processes, ensuring timely and accurate documentation

• Manage sales pipeline, forecasts, and activity in CRM to meet or exceed sales targets

• Collaborate with internal customer service and operations teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery

• Educate healthcare partners on Rehab Medical's products, services, and referral processes

• Represent Rehab Medical at industry events, in-services, and trainings
