Marketing Merchandise & Inventory Coordinator - Technology

Sierra, a division of XYZ Tech Inc. in Chicago, IL, is seeking a Temporary Part-Time Merchandise Associate to support our software and tech solutions teams. In this role, you will organize and track promotional IT product inventory, prepare branded materials for client demos and events, and ensure accurate labeling and data entry in internal systems. You will coordinate shipments, restock displays, and support trade shows and webinars. Responsibilities

• Organize and track promotional IT merchandise and collateral

• Prepare branded materials for client demos, events, and webinars

• Maintain accurate inventory records and data entry in internal systems

• Coordinate shipping, receiving, and restocking of merchandise

• Support setup of displays for trade shows and customer meetings

• Assist marketing and sales teams with materials requests

• Ensure proper labeling, packaging, and presentation of items

• Monitor stock levels and report shortages or issues

• Follow company procedures for handling branded assets
