Market Manager II

Partners Bank is seeking a Market Manager II to lead growth and relationship banking in our local communities. This role oversees branch performance, develops and executes market strategies, and drives deposit and loan growth across retail and small business segments. You will coach and mentor branch teams, ensure exceptional customer service, and maintain strong community and business relationships. The Market Manager II monitors financial performance, manages risk and compliance with banking regulations, and partners with leadership on sales initiatives, marketing efforts, and community outreach to expand Partners Bank's presence and impact.

Responsibilities

• Lead market and branch-level sales and growth strategies for deposits and loans

• Oversee branch performance, financial results, and key performance metrics

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with retail and small business customers

• Coach, mentor, and develop branch managers and frontline staff

• Ensure delivery of exceptional customer service consistent with Partners Bank standards

• Drive community outreach and represent Partners Bank at local events and organizations

• Collaborate with senior leadership on market planning and business development initiatives

• Monitor and ensure compliance with banking regulations, policies, and risk standards

• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities
