Manager Financial Reporting

Century Distribution Systems is seeking a Manager Financial Reporting to own accurate, timely financial statements for our global logistics operations. In this role, you will lead monthly and quarterly closes, develop reporting frameworks and KPIs, and provide insightful analysis on margins, costs, and profitability across lanes, customers, and services. You will partner with operations and commercial teams, support budgeting and forecasting, streamline reporting through automation and BI tools, and coordinate audit requests, helping leadership make data-driven decisions in a dynamic international supply chain environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for global logistics operations

• Ensure compliance with GAAP, internal policies, and relevant regulatory requirements

• Develop and maintain reporting frameworks, dashboards, and KPIs for supply chain and freight forwarding performance

• Partner with operations and commercial teams to analyze margins, costs, and profitability by lane, customer, and service line

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for international distribution networks

• Improve reporting processes through automation, standardization, and use of financial systems and BI tools

• Coordinate external and internal audit requests and support SOX/control documentation where applicable

• Present financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership to guide strategic decisions Required Skills
