Lead Program Performance & EVM Program Management Analyst - Defense Manufacturing

Saab seeks a Lead Program Performance Management Analyst to drive performance across complex defense manufacturing programs. In this role, you will own program metrics, KPIs, and dashboards, analyzing cost, schedule, and scope to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities. You will support earned value management (EVM), variance analysis, and forecasting while partnering with engineering, operations, and finance to implement corrective actions. Responsibilities

• Lead performance management for complex manufacturing and defense programs at Saab

• Develop and maintain program performance metrics, KPIs, and dashboards

• Analyze cost, schedule, and scope data to identify risks and performance trends

• Support earned value management (EVM) and variance analysis for key programs

• Partner with engineering, operations, and finance to drive corrective actions

• Prepare executive-level reports and briefings on program performance

• Optimize processes and tools to improve program oversight and predictability

• Ensure compliance with customer, contractual, and internal performance standards Required Skills
