Junior Accountant

Famous Smoke Shop seeks a detail-oriented Junior Accountant to support daily accounting operations for our wholesale and retail cigar business in Easton, PA. Responsibilities include AP/AR processing, bank and inventory reconciliations, expense tracking, and assisting with month-end close and financial reporting. You'll work closely with finance, sales, and operations to ensure accurate records for e-commerce and in-store transactions. Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable for wholesale and retail transactions

• Perform daily and monthly bank reconciliations

• Assist with general ledger entries and account reconciliations

• Support month-end close and preparation of basic financial reports

• Maintain accurate records for e commerce and in-store sales, returns, and credits

• Help track inventory and cost-related accounting entries

• Monitor expenses and assist with variance explanations

• Support sales and operations teams with accounting-related questions

• Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting policies

• Assist with basic tax, sales tax, and audit documentation as needed Required Skills
