This is a field-based role focused predominantly on account management, working with a loyal customer base to identify opportunities, maximise revenue, and ensure customers receive the highest level of support. The Role - Manage and develop an established portfolio of customers across the region. - Build strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers. - Increase customer retention through proactive account management. - Identify opportunities to grow revenue through upselling and cross-selling. - Conduct regular customer visits to understand business needs and provide tailored solutions. - Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve any issues quickly and effectively. - Maintain accurate account plans, forecasts, and CRM records. - Work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. About You - Proven experience in field sales or account management looking after a portfolio of kitchen & bathroom showrooms, builders merchants &/or plumbers merchants. - Ideally you will have sold one or more of the products that they sell - Strong relationship-building and customer retention skills. - Commercially minded with a track record of growing existing accounts. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational abilities. - Self-motivated and able to manage a regional territory independently. - Full UK driving licence.
