IT Service Delivery Consultant

Leidos seeks a mid-level IT Service Delivery Consultant to support mission-critical initiatives for government and commercial clients. In this role, you will coordinate end-to-end IT service delivery, ensure SLA and security compliance, and drive ITIL-based processes across incident, problem, and change management. You will partner with cross-functional teams on digital modernization, cloud, and cyber projects, translating stakeholder needs into actionable solutions. Responsibilities

• Serve as a mid-level IT service delivery consultant supporting government and commercial clients across complex, mission-critical environments

• Coordinate delivery of IT services, ensuring SLAs, security, and compliance requirements are met

• Collaborate with cross-functional technical teams to analyze issues, streamline processes, and improve service quality

• Implement and optimize ITIL-based service management practices, including incident, problem, and change management

• Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements, translate needs into actionable solutions, and report on service performance

• Support digital modernization, cloud, and cyber initiatives in alignment with client and Leidos mission objectives

• Contribute to continuous improvement, documenting standards, runbooks, and best practices

• Provide status updates, metrics, and recommendations to leadership and customer representatives Required Skills
