Inside Sales Support Representative

Spirit Electronics seeks an Inside Sales Support Representative to assist our sales team serving aerospace and defense customers. You will manage quotes, orders, and customer inquiries, maintain accurate data in CRM and ERP systems, and coordinate with supply chain and operations to meet delivery and quality requirements. In this role, you'll support high-reliability electronic component programs, ensuring timely responses, professional communication, and excellent service while working in a mission-driven, veteran- and woman-owned environment with opportunities to grow your sales and technical skills.

Responsibilities

• Support sales team with timely quotes, proposals, and order processing

• Respond to customer inquiries and provide status updates on orders and deliveries

• Maintain accurate records in CRM and ERP systems for accounts, quotes, and orders

• Coordinate with supply chain and operations to meet schedule and quality requirements

• Track open quotes and follow up to convert opportunities into orders

• Assist with pricing, terms, and data entry to ensure error-free documentation

• Collaborate with account managers to support key aerospace and defense customers

• Monitor backlog and resolve discrepancies or issues with customers and internal teams

• Prepare sales reports and metrics for management review
