Inside Sales Representative

In this Sales & Business Development role, you'll manage high volume inbound and outbound calls, qualify buyer and seller leads, and book appointments for our outside sales agents. Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to qualify buyer and seller leads

• Convert leads into in person or virtual listing and buyer appointments for outside agents

• Maintain and update CRM with detailed notes and follow up tasks

• Manage a high volume of calls, texts, and emails daily to nurture prospects

• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams on campaigns and scripts

• Track, report, and improve on key sales metrics and conversion rates

• Provide exceptional customer service aligned with team values of integrity and community focus

• Stay informed on local Rhode Island real estate market trends and inventory Required Skills
