Inside Sales Representative - Manufacturing

Alro Steel Corp is seeking an Inside Sales professional to support customers in the manufacturing and construction industries. In this role, you will manage inbound and outbound calls, prepare quotes, and process orders for metals, industrial supplies, and engineering plastics. You will use CRM and internal systems to track opportunities and ensure accurate next-day delivery. Working closely with operations and logistics, you will provide reliable, safety-focused service while identifying upsell opportunities and building long-term customer relationships in a stable, growth-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound calls to support existing and prospective manufacturing customers

• Prepare quotes and process orders for metals, plastics, and industrial supplies

• Use CRM and internal systems to track opportunities, orders, and customer information

• Collaborate with operations and logistics to ensure accurate, on-time delivery

• Build long-term customer relationships through responsive, reliable service

• Identify opportunities to upsell value-added processing and complementary products

• Maintain product and inventory knowledge to recommend appropriate solutions
