Inside Sales Representative

United Site Services seeks an Inside Sales Representative to drive revenue growth in our construction site solutions business. In this phone-based role, you'll manage inbound and outbound calls, qualify leads, prepare quotes, and close new and renewal business for portable restrooms, temporary fencing, and related services. You will build strong relationships with contractors and project managers, ensuring accurate orders, timely follow-up, and excellent service. Working in a safety-first, teamwork-driven culture, you'll collaborate with operations and customer care while managing your sales pipeline and meeting or exceeding targets.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound sales calls to construction and industrial customers

• Qualify leads and understand customer project requirements

• Prepare accurate quotes for portable restrooms, fencing, and related services

• Follow up on proposals to close new and renewal business

• Manage and update CRM records, pipeline, and activity metrics

• Coordinate with operations and customer service to ensure order accuracy and timely delivery

• Meet or exceed assigned sales goals and performance targets

• Provide excellent customer service and resolve basic issues or questions
