Inside Sales Manager

United Site Services seeks a Manager Inside Sales to lead a high-performing team driving B2B revenue for portable restrooms, fencing, and site solutions in the construction industry. This role oversees lead management, quoting, and order conversion, ensuring excellent customer experience and consistent follow-up. You'll coach and develop inside sales reps, track KPIs, forecast sales, and partner with operations to deliver reliable, on-time service. Responsibilities

• Lead and coach an inside sales team to achieve revenue and conversion targets

• Oversee lead intake, quoting, and order processing for construction and industrial customers

• Manage sales pipeline, forecasting, and performance metrics using CRM tools

• Ensure excellent customer experience, timely follow-up, and issue resolution

• Collaborate with operations to align service delivery with customer commitments

• Develop scripts, call strategies, and best practices to improve sales effectiveness

• Analyze sales data and KPIs to identify trends and drive continuous improvement
