HVAC Sales Representative

Johnson Controls seeks an HVAC Owner Sales Rep to drive growth of our smart, sustainable building solutions. In this role, you will prospect and manage owner-direct accounts, conduct site assessments, and develop tailored HVAC and building systems proposals that improve efficiency, safety, and comfort. You'll collaborate with engineering and service teams, negotiate contracts, and manage a strong pipeline. Responsibilities

• Develop and close HVAC owner-direct sales opportunities for Johnson Controls solutions and services

• Prospect, qualify, and manage a pipeline of commercial and institutional building owners

• Conduct site visits, needs assessments, and present value-based proposals

• Collaborate with engineering, project management, and service teams to design solutions

• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to meet or exceed sales targets

• Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasts, and account plans

• Build long-term customer relationships focused on sustainability and performance outcomes

• Stay current on HVAC technologies, building codes, and industry trends

• Participate in safety and compliance programs on customer sites

• Represent Johnson Controls at customer meetings, demos, and industry events Required Skills
