    Job Description

    Bethesda Health, a faith-based, nonprofit leader in senior care, is always seeking talented professionals to join our Human Resources & Talent Management team. Support our mission of dignity, compassion, and quality outcomes across skilled nursing, rehab, assisted and independent living, memory care, and home health. In HR and Talent Management, you'll help attract, develop, and support dedicated team members, partner with leaders across multiple care communities, and foster a collaborative, person-centered culture with opportunities for professional growth and meaningful impact.

    Responsibilities

    • Join Bethesda Health's HR & Talent Management talent community by submitting your resume and introduction for current or future opportunities

    • Partner with HR and hiring leaders to support recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning for clinical and non-clinical roles (depending on position)

    • Support the delivery of HR services such as employee relations, performance management, engagement initiatives, and policy implementation (role-dependent)

    • Use HRIS/ATS and basic data reporting to help track candidates, employees, and key HR metrics supporting informed decisions

    • Collaborate with clinical, administrative, and operations teams to understand staffing needs and promote a positive employee experience that supports patient care

    • Contribute to initiatives that foster an inclusive, safe, and respectful workplace aligned with Bethesda Health's mission and values

    • Participate in continuous improvement of HR processes, tools, and communication to better serve leaders, staff, and ultimately patients

    • Maintain confidentiality and compliance with employment laws, healthcare regulations, and organizational policies Required Skills

    • Talent acquisition and recruiting fundamentals

    • Candidate sourcing and screening

    • Onboarding and orientation processes

    • HRIS and ATS platforms (e.g., Workday, UKG, Oracle, Greenhouse, i

    • CIMS)

    • Employee relations basics and conflict resolution

    • Performance management support and documentation

    • HR data reporting and analysis (Excel or similar tools)

    • Knowledge of HR policies, employment law basics, and compliance

    • Healthcare HR familiarity (e.g., credentialing, staffing models, shift work considerations)

    • Written and verbal communication

    • Stakeholder and relationship management

    • Change management support and adaptability in a fast-paced environment

    • Organizational skills and attention to detail

    • Confidentiality and professional discretion
