General Manager

The Edge Fitness Clubs is seeking a driven General Manager to lead daily operations of a high-energy, full-service club. You will own membership growth, revenue, and retention while ensuring an exceptional member experience. Responsibilities include hiring and coaching staff, managing sales and service performance, overseeing budgets, and maintaining a clean, safe facility. You'll champion our motivational, results-focused culture, drive local marketing and community outreach, and collaborate with trainers and instructors to maximize programming, usage, and profitability. Responsibilities

• Lead overall club operations to deliver an exceptional member experience and hit membership, revenue, and retention goals

• Hire, train, schedule, and coach staff to maintain a high-energy, service-driven culture

• Monitor daily club performance, KPIs, and budgets; implement action plans to drive sales and profitability

• Ensure facility cleanliness, safety, equipment maintenance, and compliance with company standards

• Oversee local marketing, outreach, and community partnerships to grow membership

• Manage member issues, escalations, and feedback to ensure high satisfaction and retention

• Coordinate group fitness, personal training, and programming to maximize usage and revenue

• Control expenses, inventory, and payroll in line with financial targets

• Enforce policies, procedures, and professionalism across all departments in the club
