Floating Banker

Banner Bank is seeking a Floating Banker to provide flexible support across branches in the Pacific Northwest. In this role, you'll perform both teller and personal banker duties, including processing transactions, opening accounts, and supporting consumer lending. You'll build relationships with clients, identify financial needs, and recommend appropriate products while upholding Banner Bank's standards of integrity, accuracy, and personalized service. As a key member of a collaborative, community-focused team, you'll travel between locations as needed and grow your skills through ongoing training and development.

Responsibilities

• Provide floating coverage across multiple branches based on staffing needs

• Perform teller transactions accurately, including deposits, withdrawals, and payments

• Open and service personal and small business accounts

• Support consumer lending by gathering documentation and processing applications

• Identify client needs and cross-sell appropriate banking products and services

• Ensure compliance with bank policies, regulations, and security procedures

• Resolve client issues with professionalism and a focus on relationship-building

• Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation for all transactions

• Collaborate with branch teams to support goals and deliver consistent service
