Field Sales Representative

Optimum, a leading telecommunications provider, is seeking a Field Sales Representative to drive residential and small business sales of internet, TV, mobile, and voice services. In this role, you will prospect in assigned neighborhoods and local business areas, conduct door-to-door outreach, and follow up on warm leads. You'll explain Optimum's fiber and bundled solutions, tailor packages to customer needs, and close new accounts while meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets. You will document activity in CRM tools, collaborate with local marketing and service teams, and represent Optimum's customer-focused, community-driven culture in the field.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate new residential and small business leads in assigned territories

• Conduct door-to-door and field-based sales presentations

• Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate Optimum internet, TV, mobile, and voice solutions

• Present pricing, promotions, and bundled offers clearly and accurately

• Close sales and achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

• Use CRM tools to track leads, customer interactions, and sales results

• Coordinate with marketing and service teams to support local campaigns and installations

• Maintain up-to-date product and competitor knowledge

• Provide exceptional customer service and follow-up to reduce cancellations
