Facility Support & Desktop Technician

Koozie Group, operated by Scribe OpCo Inc, seeks a Facility Support & Desktop Technician to keep our manufacturing environment running smoothly. In this on-site role, you will provide hands-on desktop and hardware support, maintain printers and peripherals, assist with user account setup, and support basic facility and network room tasks such as cabling and equipment moves. You will troubleshoot issues, maintain accurate asset records, and respond to tickets with a strong customer-service mindset. You'll collaborate with IT and operations teams, helping improve reliability, safety, and efficiency while supporting Koozie Group's innovative, sustainable, and growth-focused culture.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site desktop, laptop, and peripheral support for manufacturing and office staff

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows workstations, printers, and common business applications

• Handle basic network room and facility tasks, including cabling, equipment moves, and hardware setup

• Respond to and resolve support tickets, escalating complex issues when needed

• Maintain accurate inventory and asset records for IT equipment and supplies

• Support user onboarding/offboarding, including account setup and workstation preparation

• Assist with endpoint security, patching, and system updates to maintain a secure environment

• Document procedures, fixes, and configurations to improve team knowledge sharing

• Collaborate with IT, operations, and facilities teams to improve reliability and uptime

• Follow safety and company policies while working in production and warehouse areas Required Skills
