    Leapfrog Services is seeking a Director of IT Operations & Engineering to lead technical operations across our Managed Service Provider (MSP) and Managed Security Service Provider (MSSP) environment. This senior technical leadership role oversees multiple functions, including Network Operations (NOC), Security Operations (SOC), Support Engineering, Infrastructure, Cloud, Endpoint Management, and Project Delivery. Reporting to the COO, the Director will bring these technical teams together as a more coordinated organization, strengthen operational and technical leadership, and help advance Leapfrog's Centers of Excellence (CoE) operating model. The Director will also work closely with Client Experience & Service Delivery leadership to improve communication and execution across technical and client-facing teams. What This Role Is Really About We are looking for more than a general operations leader. The right person combines broad technical expertise with strong operational and organizational leadership. They understand how infrastructure, networking, cloud, cybersecurity, endpoint, engineering, and managed services intersect and can engage credibly with experienced technical leaders. This is a leadership role rather than an individual-contributor engineering position, but technical depth is essential. The successful candidate will know how to lead through managers, strengthen cross-functional collaboration and accountability, and improve technical operations within the pace and complexity of an MSP/MSSP environment. About the Role: The HR Coordinator serves as the essential HR point of contact, fostering collaboration with the local operations team to create a positive and engaging employee experience. This role involves advocating for employees, partnering with warehouse leadership, and ensuring the implementation of a consistent Stord culture. The HR Coordinator manages day-to-day HR functions and strives to continuously improve the employee experience, adapting to the dynamic environment of a startup. This role is onsite Monday-Friday with a rotating shift within the hours of 6:00am - 4:30pm with some weekends required during peak season and based on business needs. What You'll Do: - Serve as the primary HR contact for all HR-related matters in the warehouse, providing consistent and dependable support. - Collaborate with management on corrective actions, investigations, escalations, time and attendance requests, and benefits questions. - Provide daily/weekly attendance reports to operations leadership, tracking UPT, PTO, callouts, and general attendance compliance. - Develop and maintain SOPs for people programs and processes to ensure legal compliance and industry consistency. - Advocate for employees while empowering them and their managers to self-advocate. - Analyze people data to identify trends and provide proactive engagement opportunities and solutions. - Enforce people policies with input from the operations team to ensure best practices. - Create and maintain a positive culture that balances operational efficiency with supportive people programs. - Organize and implement ideas for employee engagement and operational excellence, in collaboration with the 1P People team. What You'll Need: - Proven ability to influence change and foster an inclusive environment for all employees. - Strong skills in employee engagement and problem-solving with diverse populations. - Experience working in a rapidly changing environment driven by continuous innovation. - Knowledge and application of HR fundamentals. - Ability to partner with management to develop forward-looking strategies and goals focused on the employee experience. - Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with all levels of the organization. - Bilingual in English and Spanish. Bonus Points: - Experience in a startup environment or similarly dynamic workplace. - Familiarity with HR software and tools, such as Workday. - Experience conducting employee engagement surveys and implementing action plans. - Knowledge of safety and compliance procedures, including conducting onsite drug screenings. - Background in developing and managing employee engagement activities and programs.
