Entry-Level Sales Representative

Mt. Pleasant Window & Remodeling Co. seeks an Entry-Level Sales Representative to help homeowners in Western PA improve their properties with quality windows, doors, siding, roofing, and bath upgrades. In this role, you'll learn to prospect and qualify leads, schedule and attend in-home or virtual consultations, explain products and installation options, and assist with estimates and contracts. You'll receive training, work closely with a supportive, family-oriented team, and build a foundation for a long-term career in construction sales while upholding our values of integrity, craftsmanship, safety, and respectful service.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify leads for residential window, door, siding, roofing, and bath projects

• Conduct in-home or virtual consultations to understand customer needs

• Present company products, services, and pricing options clearly and professionally

• Prepare basic estimates and assist with proposals and contracts

• Follow up on leads and maintain accurate records in CRM or tracking tools

• Collaborate with installation and office teams to ensure smooth project handoffs

• Participate in training on products, sales techniques, and safety practices

• Represent the company at local events, home shows, and community activities Required Skills
