EMR Training Specialist - Healthcare

UF Health is seeking an EMR Training Specialist I to support clinicians and staff in effectively using our electronic medical record system. In this role, you will deliver group and one-on-one training, develop clear training materials, and provide go-live and ongoing support to end users. You will collaborate with clinical and IT teams to understand workflows, troubleshoot basic system issues, and help optimize documentation practices. Responsibilities

• Deliver group and one-on-one EMR training to clinicians and staff

• Develop and update training materials, job aids, and e-learning content

• Provide at-the-elbow support during go-live and system updates

• Collaborate with clinical and IT teams to understand workflows and system use

• Assist users with basic EMR troubleshooting and navigation issues

• Reinforce documentation standards, data quality, and privacy practices

• Collect feedback to improve training content and delivery methods

• Maintain training records in the learning management system (LMS) Required Skills
