Job Description
B. Braun seeks a Director of HR Manufacturing to lead HR strategy for its biotech and pharmaceutical manufacturing operations. This role partners with plant and functional leaders to align workforce planning, talent acquisition, performance management, and succession planning with business goals. The director ensures compliance with labor and employment regulations, drives engagement and culture initiatives, and champions safety and continuous improvement. You will coach managers, resolve complex employee relations issues, and implement HR programs that support innovation, quality, and growth in a collaborative, learning-focused environment.
Responsibilities

Lead HR strategy and programs for manufacturing operations in alignment with business objectives

Partner with plant and functional leaders on workforce planning and organizational design

Oversee talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention for manufacturing roles

Drive performance management, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives

Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements

Manage complex employee relations matters and coach leaders on HR best practices

Support culture, engagement, and change initiatives that foster safety and continuous improvement

Use HR metrics and analytics to inform decisions and improve HR processes

Collaborate with corporate HR on compensation, benefits, and HR systems implementation
