Director of Financial Planning and Analysis

Hershey Entertainment & Resorts Company seeks a Director of FPA to lead financial planning and analysis across our hospitality and entertainment portfolio. This role oversees budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and performance analytics for properties including Hersheypark, resorts, and dining venues. The Director partners with senior leadership to evaluate capital investments, optimize profitability, and support our mission-driven growth benefitting Milton Hershey School. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical rigor, leadership, and communication skills with experience in multi-entity hospitality or entertainment operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead company-wide budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning

• Develop and maintain financial models for multi-property hospitality and entertainment operations

• Provide performance analytics and KPI reporting to senior leadership

• Evaluate capital investments, pricing, and profitability initiatives

• Partner with operations leaders to improve financial performance and cost management

• Prepare board- and executive-level presentations and financial narratives

• Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial projections and analyses

• Mentor and develop the FP&A team and promote best practices

• Collaborate with accounting on month-end, variance analysis, and planning cycles
