Responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify residential and small business customers for internet, TV, and phone services in assigned territory.

• Conduct in-person and phone consultations to understand customer needs and recommend tailored Sparklight solutions.

• Deliver persuasive sales presentations, prepare quotes, and close new service agreements.

• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and key performance metrics.

• Maintain accurate records of leads, activities, and sales in CRM tools.

• Collaborate with local marketing and operations teams to support community events and outreach campaigns.

• Educate customers on product features, pricing, promotions, and installation timelines.

• Provide high-quality follow-up and handoff to support teams to ensure a positive customer experience.

• Stay current on competitors, industry trends, and new Cable One/Sparklight offerings.

• Represent Cable One's people-focused, community-minded culture in all customer and community interactions.
