Location Hybrid in Summit, NJ / 1-2x per weekType: Ongoing contract opportunityCompensation Range: $60-$65/hr W2Our inhouse agency client is looking for a Packaging Designer with consumer skin healthcare experience. This role requires someone local to Summit to be onsite 1-2x a week. Responsibilities Brand Design Responsibilities Develop packaging design intents, shopper toolkits, and master assets; guide regional adaptation while preserving core brand equities.Ensure packaging meets regulatory, claims, and multilingual requirements with clear hierarchy and legibility.Embed sustainability by design principles in partnership with Global Packaging teams.Connect with Brand Building, Design Realization, internal teams, and external partners.Project & Workflow Responsibilities - Collaborate with the Brand Lead on project prioritization, resource planning, and design workflow improvements.Co develop clear, actionable design intent briefs and contribute to efficient design processes.Partner with the Design Project Manager to deliver projects on time and with excellence.Track and integrate creative and industry trends into packaging development or shopper assets e.g. - POSM, toolkitsWork daily with Design Realization, adaptive designers, and print production to ensure output aligns with design intent.Lead color/print feasibility, support remote or on site press approvals, and codify learnings into standards.Collaborate with regional teams to address local regulations, languages, and supply constraints without compromising brand integrity.
