Cyberspace Exercise Planner
Job Description
Leidos seeks a Cyberspace Exercise Planner to design, coordinate, and execute cyber training and readiness exercises for government and commercial clients. In this role, you will develop realistic scenarios, threat emulation plans, and red/blue team activities to test defenses, procedures, and incident response. You will work with cyber operators, mission owners, and leadership to capture requirements, define objectives, and deliver after-action reports with measurable improvements. The position involves integrating cyber tools and ranges, tracking performance metrics, supporting accreditation and compliance needs, and mentoring participants in cyber operations best practices.
Responsibilities

Design and plan cyberspace training and readiness exercises

Develop realistic cyber threat scenarios and red/blue team activities

Coordinate exercise logistics with internal and external stakeholders

Integrate cyber ranges, tools, and networks into exercise environments

Capture mission and training objectives and translate them into exercise requirements

Lead or support execution of exercises and real-time control of events

Analyze performance data and produce detailed after-action reports

Recommend improvements to cyber defenses, processes, and incident response plans

Ensure exercises align with applicable security, policy, and compliance frameworks
