Commercial Solutions Engineer

Semrush Inc., a global SaaS leader in online visibility and content marketing, is seeking a Commercial Solutions Engineer to bridge complex customer needs with our marketing analytics platform. In this role, you'll partner with sales and customer teams to design, demonstrate, and implement tailored SEO, PPC, and data-driven solutions for commercial and enterprise clients. You'll run discovery sessions, build prototypes, integrate APIs and data sources, and translate business goals into scalable, measurable outcomes, all within a collaborative, experiment-driven culture focused on customer impact and continuous learning.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales to scope and design technical solutions for enterprise prospects and customers using Semrush products

• Lead discovery sessions to understand client SEO, PPC, and analytics requirements and map them to Semrush capabilities

• Configure, demo, and prototype Semrush-based solutions including APIs, integrations, and custom reporting

• Partner with product and engineering to relay client feedback and influence roadmap priorities

• Support onboarding and enablement for new customers, ensuring smooth technical implementation

• Develop solution documentation, playbooks, and best practices for internal teams and clients

• Analyze client data to quantify business impact and build data-driven value cases

• Troubleshoot complex technical issues related to deployment, data flows, and integrations Required Skills
