Commercial Solutions Engineer

Semrush is seeking a Commercial Solutions Engineer to bridge our digital marketing platform with enterprise customer needs. You'll lead technical discovery, design tailored SEO, PPC, and analytics solutions, and run compelling demos and proofs of concept. Partnering closely with Sales and Product, you'll translate complex data and integrations into clear business value, guide onboarding and best practices, and influence roadmap with customer feedback. This role offers high autonomy, global collaboration, and the chance to shape how leading brands grow their online visibility.

Responsibilities

• Serve as technical expert for Semrush commercial prospects and customers, mapping product capabilities to business needs

• Design and present tailored SEO, PPC, and digital marketing solutions using Semrush's platform

• Lead technical discovery, product demos, and proof-of-concept implementations for enterprise accounts

• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to drive successful evaluations and adoption

• Translate complex technical concepts into clear business value for executive and marketing stakeholders

• Support RFPs, solution documentation, and integration guidance with customer tech stacks

• Analyze customer data and workflows to recommend optimization strategies and best practices

• Provide feedback to Product on customer needs, feature gaps, and market trends

• Enable customers through training sessions, workshops, and onboarding support

• Track solution performance and contribute to continuous improvement of sales and implementation processes Required Skills
