Comfort Advisor

Dave's World is seeking a Comfort Advisor to guide Maine homeowners and small businesses in selecting high-efficiency Mitsubishi Electric heat pump systems. In this field-based role, you'll perform in-home comfort and energy assessments, explain system options, and prepare clear, accurate proposals. You'll collaborate with design and install teams to ensure seamless projects and outstanding customer experiences. Ideal candidates have HVAC or residential construction sales experience, strong communication skills, a consultative mindset, and a desire to help customers save energy and improve comfort year-round.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home comfort and energy assessments for residential and light commercial customers

• Explain Mitsubishi Electric heat pump options, benefits, and financing in clear, customer-friendly terms

• Develop accurate system recommendations, estimates, and written proposals

• Use CRM and estimating tools to track leads, follow-ups, and close rates

• Coordinate with design and installation teams to ensure smooth project handoffs

• Follow up with customers to address questions and support decision-making

• Meet or exceed individual sales and conversion goals while maintaining high customer satisfaction

• Stay current on heat pump technology, incentives, and industry best practices

• Represent Dave's World professionally in homes, businesses, and community events

• Drive safely to customer appointments across the service area Required Skills
