Comfort Advisor

Dave's World is seeking a Comfort Advisor to guide homeowners and small businesses to the right Mitsubishi Electric heat pump solutions. You'll perform in-home comfort assessments, review existing HVAC systems, and recommend energy-efficient designs tailored to each customer. Responsibilities include educating customers on system benefits, preparing detailed proposals, and managing the sales process from lead to close. You'll collaborate with design and install teams, maintain accurate records in our CRM, and represent Dave's World with integrity, professionalism, and a strong customer-first mindset across Maine communities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home assessments of existing HVAC systems and comfort issues

• Educate customers on Mitsubishi Electric heat pump options and energy savings

• Develop and present detailed proposals and pricing options

• Follow up on leads, manage pipeline, and close sales to meet targets

• Collaborate with design and installation teams to ensure accurate system sizing and scope

• Document all customer interactions and proposals in CRM software

• Coordinate site visits, installations, and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction

• Participate in ongoing technical and sales training on heat pump technology

• Represent Dave's World professionally in homes, community events, and referrals

• Provide post-installation check-ins to support long-term customer relationships Required Skills
