Comfort Advisor

Dave's World is seeking a Comfort Advisor to guide homeowners through high-efficiency Mitsubishi Electric heat pump solutions. In this field-based role, you'll conduct in-home assessments, explain HVAC and heat pump options in clear, customer-friendly terms, prepare proposals, and coordinate with our installation and service teams. You'll build trust through honest recommendations that improve comfort and reduce energy costs. Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home comfort and energy assessments for residential customers

• Explain Mitsubishi Electric heat pump and HVAC options in clear, non-technical language

• Develop and present customized proposals and pricing

• Collaborate with design, installation, and service teams to ensure seamless projects

• Track leads, appointments, and follow-ups in CRM software

• Meet or exceed sales and conversion goals while maintaining customer trust

• Participate in ongoing technical and product training

• Represent Dave's World at community events or customer education sessions

• Ensure accurate site documentation, measurements, and photos

• Provide post-installation follow-up to ensure satisfaction and identify additional needs Required Skills
