Cash Count Team

Treasure Island Resort & Casino is seeking detail-oriented team members to join our Cash Count Team. In this critical role, you'll accurately count, verify, and reconcile cash, tickets, and gaming funds from casino operations in a secure, fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include operating counting and verification equipment, preparing balance reports, investigating discrepancies, and following strict internal controls and tribal gaming regulations. You'll work closely with finance and gaming teams, maintain confidentiality and accuracy, and support a guest-first culture rooted in respect, teamwork, and tribal values.

Responsibilities

• Accurately count, verify, and reconcile cash, tickets, and gaming funds from casino operations

• Operate cash-counting, sorting, and verification equipment safely and efficiently

• Prepare daily balance sheets and reconciliation reports for finance and gaming departments

• Investigate and resolve cash variances or discrepancies following internal procedures

• Follow strict internal controls, tribal gaming regulations, and security protocols

• Maintain accurate records, logs, and documentation for audits and compliance

• Work cooperatively with cage, accounting, and gaming teams to support operations

• Protect confidential financial information and ensure secure cash handling

• Maintain a clean, organized count room and equipment

• Support a guest-first, team-oriented culture aligned with tribal values Required Skills
