Business Systems Manager - Fareham

Business Systems & Integrations Manager - up to £80,000 - Fareham

We are looking for a hands-on Business Systems & Integrations Manager to take ownership of business applications, reporting and integrations.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage and support Sage 50, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Power Apps, Power BI, Joblogic and Roveel.

• Troubleshoot system, data and integration issues and provide user support.

• Maintain and develop API integrations with clients and third-party systems.

• Develop automation, reporting and business applications to improve processes.

• Review, test and troubleshoot AI-generated code and technical solutions.

• Work with stakeholders to identify requirements and deliver practical improvements.

About you:

• Strong experience across Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Power Apps and Power BI.

• Hands-on experience with APIs, integrations and coding.

• Able to understand and troubleshoot code, ideally using Python, JavaScript, C#, SQL or similar.

• Strong problem-solving skills and comfortable taking ownership of a varied systems environment.

• Able to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

This is a broad, hands-on role with significant autonomy to improve our systems, integrations and use of automation and AI.
