Business Engagement Manager

Ryder System is seeking a Business Engagement Manager to drive growth within our Transportation & Logistics sales and business development team. In this role, you'll build and manage strategic relationships with key corporate clients, identify new business opportunities, and align Ryder's supply chain and fleet solutions to customer needs. You will collaborate with operations, finance, and marketing to develop tailored proposals, support contract negotiations, and ensure exceptional service delivery. Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business engagement strategies to grow Transportation & Logistics revenue

• Build, manage, and deepen relationships with key enterprise clients and prospects

• Identify customer needs and translate them into tailored Ryder logistics and fleet solutions

• Lead proposals, bids, and presentations in partnership with operations, finance, and marketing

• Support contract negotiations, pricing, and service-level agreements

• Monitor account performance, analyze data, and recommend continuous improvement initiatives

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful implementation and service delivery

• Maintain a robust sales pipeline and accurate forecasting within CRM tools

• Represent Ryder at industry events and client meetings to promote capabilities
