Branch Rental Manager

Ryder System seeks a Branch Rental Manager to lead sales and operations for our truck rental branch in the Transportation & Logistics industry. In this Sales & Business Development role, you'll drive revenue growth, maximize fleet utilization, and ensure outstanding customer service. Responsibilities

• Lead branch rental operations to achieve revenue, profit, and utilization targets

• Develop and execute local sales strategies to grow the rental customer base

• Manage and coach a high-performing sales and operations team

• Ensure superior customer service and timely resolution of service issues

• Oversee fleet planning, availability, and condition to meet client needs

• Monitor branch P&L, budgeting, pricing, and key performance metrics

• Collaborate with logistics, maintenance, and corporate teams to streamline processes

• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and transportation regulations

• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities
