Bilingual Retail Paint Sales Associate

Sherwin-Williams is seeking a Bilingual Retail Paint Sales Associate to serve customers in our paint and coatings retail store. In this on-site role, you'll assist customers in English and Spanish, recommend products, mix and tint paint, and process sales while promoting safety and integrity. You'll maintain merchandising standards, support inventory and store upkeep, and help achieve sales goals. Responsibilities

• Greet and assist retail customers in selecting paint, coatings and related products

• Provide bilingual service, explaining product features, color options and application methods

• Mix and tint paint accurately to customer specifications using in-store equipment

• Process sales transactions, returns and exchanges using point-of-sale systems

• Maintain product displays, stock shelves and ensure store cleanliness and safety

• Support inventory counts, receiving shipments and rotating stock

• Follow Sherwin-Williams safety, integrity and customer service standards

• Collaborate with teammates to meet sales goals and support store operations

• Resolve customer issues and escalate complex concerns to store management

• Participate in ongoing training on products, color tools and selling techniques Required Skills
