Bilingual Personal Banker

First National Bank Texas is seeking a Bilingual Personal Banker to deliver personalized service in our community-focused branches. In this role, you will assist customers in both English and a second language with opening accounts, managing daily transactions, and using digital banking tools. You will identify customer needs, recommend appropriate banking products, and support consumer lending activities while maintaining accuracy, confidentiality, and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities

• Provide bilingual in-branch service for personal banking customers

• Open and maintain checking, savings, and other deposit accounts

• Conduct needs-based conversations to recommend bank products and services

• Handle cash transactions, deposits, withdrawals, and payments accurately

• Assist with consumer loan and credit card applications and referrals

• Ensure compliance with bank policies, KYC, and regulatory requirements

• Resolve customer issues and escalate complex concerns as needed

• Promote digital and online banking tools to customers

• Support branch sales goals through cross-selling and referrals

• Participate in community-focused banking initiatives and outreach Required Skills
