Bids Analyst

B. Braun Medical Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and analytical Bids Analyst to join our dynamic Sales & Business Development team. This role is essential to our mission of delivering market-leading medical products while enhancing safety within the healthcare industry. As a Bids Analyst, you will be instrumental in preparing accurate and compelling bid proposals, analyzing market trends, and supporting the sales team in securing contracts with healthcare institutions.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed bid proposals and documentation in response to RFPs (Requests for Proposal) while ensuring all submissions are compliant with client requirements.

• Analyze and assess market data to provide insights and recommendations for competitive pricing strategies.

• Work closely with the sales, marketing, and product teams to gather necessary information to support bid submissions.

• Monitor and track bid outcomes, providing detailed reports on win/loss analytics that help refine future bids.

• Maintain accurate records of all active and archived bids and proposals.

• Stay updated on industry regulations and standards to ensure all bid proposals meet necessary compliance and quality criteria.
