Basin & Equity Research Lead

ComboCurve Inc. is seeking a Basin & Equity Research Lead to drive data-driven basin, asset, and equity analysis across oil, gas, and renewable portfolios. You will own valuation models, production and reserve forecasts, and equity research that inform customer product decisions and internal strategy. Partnering with product, data, and customer teams, you'll translate complex subsurface and economic data into clear insights, dashboards, and recommendations. You'll help shape our forecasting platform, mentor analysts, and represent ComboCurve thinking to customers and the market.

Responsibilities

• Lead basin, asset, and equity research across oil, gas, and renewable portfolios

• Build and maintain production, reserves, and cash flow valuation models

• Develop equity research insights to support customer and internal decisions

• Translate technical and financial data into clear narratives and dashboards

• Collaborate with product, data, and customer teams on forecasting features

• Mentor and guide analysts on research methods and modeling standards

• Engage with customers to understand research needs and use cases

• Prepare and present findings to leadership, customers, and stakeholders Required Skills
