Banker I

Banner Bank is seeking a Banker I to provide exceptional client service in our community-focused branches. In this entry-level role, you'll open and service accounts, process deposits and withdrawals, handle routine transactions, and respond to client inquiries. You'll educate clients on banking products, digital tools, and financial solutions that support their goals. Working closely with branch teammates, you'll help meet sales and service objectives, follow compliance and security procedures, and maintain accurate records. Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, accurate teller and platform services to clients

• Open, maintain, and close personal and small business accounts

• Process deposits, withdrawals, payments, and transfers in compliance with policy

• Educate clients on bank products, digital banking, and financial solutions

• Identify client needs and refer products or services to meet sales goals

• Ensure adherence to banking regulations, security, and fraud prevention procedures

• Balance cash drawer and reconcile transactions daily

• Maintain accurate client records and documentation

• Support branch campaigns and community outreach activities
