Automotive Finance Manager

Harry Brows LLC, in partnership with Heuser & Heuser, LLP, seeks an Automotive Finance Manager to lead client financing for auto-related matters. In this role, you will structure and secure automotive loans and leases, prepare and review finance documents, and ensure strict compliance with lending and consumer protection regulations. You will collaborate closely with attorneys and staff, explain financing options to clients with clarity and empathy, and maintain accurate records while supporting a client-first, community-focused culture.

Responsibilities

• Structure and secure automotive loans and leases for clients

• Prepare, review, and finalize all finance and lending documents

• Ensure strict adherence to lending, consumer, and privacy regulations

• Collaborate with attorneys and staff to align financing with legal strategies

• Explain finance options, terms, and obligations clearly to clients

• Assess creditworthiness and recommend appropriate financing solutions

• Maintain accurate records and reports of finance activities

• Build and manage relationships with lenders and financial partners

• Monitor risk, delinquencies, and compliance issues
