Responsibilities

• Interact with customers to provide top-notch customer service and handle claims from initiation to resolution.

• Document and update customer claims and policies accurately.

• Assist in evaluating accident or incident reports to determine coverage.

• Coordinate with other departments to expedite processing and payments of claims.

• Provide timely communication to clients on their claim status and any follow-up information needed.

• Participate in training sessions to stay updated on industry practices and policies.
