Assistant Branch Manager

FIRST BANK is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager to support daily branch operations, lead and coach staff, and deliver exceptional customer service. Responsibilities

• Support branch manager in daily operations and staff supervision

• Lead and coach tellers and bankers to meet sales and service goals

• Manage cash controls, audits, and operational risk procedures

• Ensure adherence to bank policies and regulatory compliance standards

• Handle complex customer inquiries, issues, and escalations

• Assist with business development and community outreach activities

• Analyze branch performance metrics and recommend improvements

• Oversee opening, servicing, and maintenance of deposit and loan accounts

• Support training, mentoring, and performance feedback for branch staff
